You Will Need: Eggs, Milk, Oil or Butter. 4-Inches Pancakes: 6, Waffles: 3, Mix: 1 cup; Milk: 1/2 Cup, Eggs: 1, Oil: 2 Tbsp. 4-Inches Pancakes: 12, Waffles: 6, Mix: 2 cups; Milk: 1 Cup, Eggs: 2, Oil: 4 Tbsp. 4-Inches Pancakes: 18, Waffles: 9, Mix: Full package; Milk: 1-1/4Cup, Eggs: 3, Oil: 6 Tbsp. For Pancakes: Preheat griddle or a large nonstick skillet over low heat for a few minutes. Add a generous amount of oil or butter. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and oil, and whisk to blend. Stir in pancake mix until combined. Pour about 4 cup of batter onto skillet and cook until edges start to turn brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes and serve right away. For waffles: Lightly oil and preheat waffle iron. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into waffle iron, leaving enough room for the waffle to expand. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until waffle is golden brown and serve right away. Do not eat raw batter. You're going to flip.
