Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instruction: Cook from frozen. Serve over pasta or rice. To Saute: Preheat skillet to medium heat. Arrange frozen shrimp evenly in skillet. Sauté for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are white but slightly opaque on the inside. To Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Arrange frozen shrimp in a single layer in an oven-safe dish and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 12-14 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. To Microwave: For 1 serving (7-8 pieces) arrange frozen shrimp in a single layer in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Shrimp should be white but slightly opaque on the inside when done. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
