As a young boy in maine, our founder matt spent his summers bending birches. Years later, he would cary that same playful spirit to his love of pancake-making, and eventually, to the brand he hoped to share with the world. Prefer waffles? To make four-to-six 4" waffles, blend: 1/2 cup mix, 1/3 cup water, and 1 tbsp. Oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions. Now let's make some pancakes all you need is water! Mix 4" pancakes 4-6 mix 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup 4" pancakes 10-12 mix 1 1/4 cups water 3/4 cup make mix. Batter will be thin at first. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken. Cook over medium heat on a lightly greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown.
