Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Preparation: Separate slices, then cook to desired crispness. Skillet: Brown 10 to 12 minutes over medium heat, turning frequently. Microwave: Use microwave-safe plate. Cover slices with paper towel. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes for 2 slices. 4 to 5 minutes for 4 slices. Broiler: Place in broiler-safe pan 4 inch below heat for 3 to 4 minutes each side, checking frequently. Oven: Bake in oven-safe pan at 400 degrees F for 12 to 18 minutes. No turning necessary. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
