Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet brushed lightly with oil. Bake for about 18 minutes, or to desired color and crispiness, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time. MICROWAVING Heating Instructions (appliances vary, heating times approximate) Microwave: Place frozen chicken tenders in a single layer on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate. Set microwave to HIGH heat. Heat until hot, 2–2- 1/2 minutes, turning tenders over halfway through cooking time.
